目的::了解冠状动脉搭桥患者手术等待期间的心理体验,为临床护士对患者进行针对性的心理支持及个体化的护理提供科学依据。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对12例冠状动脉搭桥患者在手术等待期间的心理体验进行访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法进行分析和整理,提出主题。结果:冠状动脉搭桥患者在手术等待期间的心理体验包括3个方面,分别为自责、不确定感、需求。结论:冠状动脉搭桥患者在手术等待期间的心理体验复杂多样,护士要重视患者的心理体验,积极帮助其应对所存在的心理问题,提高患者的疾病认知水平。%Objective:To study the psychological experience of the patients during waiting period for coronary artery bypass grafting ( CABG) and to provide the scientific basis for the specific psychological support and individualization nursing for patients by clinical nurses. Methods:The method of phenomenology research in qualitative research was used. Interview 12 patients who were during waiting period for CABG for their psychological experience. Use Colaizzi an-alytical method to process and analyze the data and raise subjects. Results:The psychological experience of the patients during waiting period for CABG in-cluded 3 aspects:self-accusation, uncertainty and emotional desired. Conclusion:The psychological experience of the patients during waiting period for CABG was complex. The nurses should pay attention to the patient′s psychological experience,help them to positively respond to their psychological problems and improve their cognitive level of the disease.
