Objective:To observe the effect of continuous publicity and education on preoperative self -management status and treatment attitude of esopha-geal cancer patients.Methods: A total of 60 esophageal cancer patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the objects for study, and randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group, and the control group received conventional surgical publicity and ed-ucation for esophageal cancer; the observation received continuous publicity and education.The self -management status and treatment attitude of patients in the two groups were compared between the two groups before and after publicity and education .Results: Before publicity and education, the differences in the scores of self -management status and treatment attitude in the two groups were not statistically significant (P >0.05); after publicity and education, the score of self -management status in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the treatment attitude was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Continuous publicity and education can improve preoperative self -management status and treatment attitude of patients with esophageal cancer , which is of high value in the preoperative application of patients with esophage-al cancer.%目的:观察持续宣教对食管癌患者术前自我管理状态及治疗态度的影响.方法 :选取2016年7月~2017年3月本院收治的60例食管癌手术患者作为研究对象,并随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规食管癌手术宣教;观察组进行持续宣教.评估与比较两组患者宣教前后的自我管理状态及治疗态度.结果 :宣教前两组患者的自我管理状态评分及治疗态度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),宣教后观察组患者的自我管理状态评分高于对照组,治疗态度也优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 :持续宣教可改善食管癌患者的术前自我管理状态及治疗态度,在食管癌患者术前的应用中价值较高.
