以目标管理为导向的护理交班表在无创呼吸机使用患者中应用

摘要

目的:探讨以目标管理为导向的护理交班表在无创呼吸机使用护理管理中的应用及效果.方法:选取2015年8月~2017年1月我院采用无创呼吸机治疗患者204例,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组采用以目标管理为导向的护理交班表,对比两组患者呼吸机正确使用情况、脱机时间、交班表填写时间、依从性、护理满意度、并发症发生情况及呼吸机管理效果.结果:观察组患者呼吸机正确使用率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),脱机时间与交班表填写时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),满意度评分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),操作不当引起维修占比与呼吸机治疗不佳转ICU占比均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸机使用考核合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:以目标管理为导向的护理交班表应用于无创呼吸机护理管理中可提高呼吸机正确使用率、呼吸机管理效果及工作效率,减少相关并发症发生,提升患者依从性与满意度.%Objective:To explore the application and effect of target management oriented nursing shift table in the nursing management of non -invasive ventilator.Methods: A total of 204 patients treated with non-invasive ventilator in our hospital from August 2015 to January 2017 were selected and ran-domly and equally divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group adopted target management oriented nursing shift table.The correct utilization of ventilator,offline time, shift table filling time, compliance, nursing satisfaction, compli-cations and management effect of ventilator were compared between patients in the two groups.Results:The correct utilization rate of ventilator in the obser -vation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the offline time and shift table filling time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05); the treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was sig-nificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), the proportion of maintenance caused by improper operation and the proportion of transfer to ICU caused by poor treatment by ventilator were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) , the qualification rate of ventilator utilization was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of target management oriented nursing shift table in patients u-sing non-invasive ventilation can improve correct utilization rate of ventilator , the management effect and work efficiency of ventilator , reduce incidence of complications, and enhance compliance and satisfaction of patients.
