扣眼穿刺法在动静脉内瘘患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨动静脉内瘘实施扣眼穿刺法的效果.方法:选取2015年9月～2016年9月于我院进行血液透析患者50例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组.对照组实施传统锐针穿刺法,观察组实施钝针扣眼穿刺法.穿刺后观察两组患者疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组渗血、血管瘤及血管狭窄发生率少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:扣眼穿刺法技术操作上存在一定难度,但其实用性高,不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床上大力推广.%Objective: To explore the effect of application of buttonhole puncturing method in internal arteriovenous fistula .Methods: Selected 50 cases of patients hemodialyzed in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 , and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random.The patients from the control group received traditional sharp needle puncturing method , and the patients from the observation group received blunt needle buttonhole puncturing method.After puncturing, the patients from two groups were observed for pain score and adverse reaction occurrence situation. Results: The patients from the observation group had a lower pain score than those from the control group , and the difference was statistical significance ( P<0.05); the patients from the observation group had a lower occurrence rate of errhysis, hemangioma, and hemadostenosis than those from the control group, and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buttonhole puncturing method had a certain difficulty in technical operation , but it had a high practicability and lower adverse reaction occurrence rate , so it was worthy of popularization in clinical application .
