影响护生参与高仿真模拟教学的质性研究

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the impact factors of undergraduate nursing students involved in high simulation scene simulation teaching.Methods:Twelve undergraduate nursing students were interviewed by phenomenological research in qualitative research,and analyzed the data by using content analy-sis method.Results:The influencing factors can be grouped into four themes:learning attitude and psychological characteristics,high simulation scene sim-ulation training course setting and management, teamwork ability and realism.Conclusion:It is necessary to improve the learning initiative of nursing students, enhance their self-confidence, improve the curriculum and management, shorten the clinical gap, train the team's cooperation consciousness and optimize the training course mode so as to facilitate the development of the later high -fidelity simulation teaching.%目的:分析影响本科护生参与高仿真情景模拟教学的相关因素.方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对12名本科护生进行深入访谈,使用内容分析法进行资料分析.结果:影响因素可归纳为学习态度与心理特征、高仿真情景模拟实训课程设置与管理、团队协作能力、真实感四个主题.结论:应提高护生的学习主动性,增强其自信心,完善课程设置和管理,缩短临床差距,培养团队协作意识,优化实训课程模式,以利于后期高仿真模拟教学的开展.
