乳腺癌放疗患者心理痛苦的相关因素分析

Objective:To explore the factors related to psychological pain in patients with breast cancer, and to provide guidance for patients with breast cancer who underwent radiotherapy.Methods:Psychological pain of 80 cases of breast cancer patients were evaluated by using DMSM scale from January 2016 to December 2016.The related factors influencing psychological pain of the patients were analyzed.Results:The analysis showed that the psychological pain score of the patients was (6.12±1.02),among which the number of patient without pain was 0 (0.00%), mild pain with 52 cases (65.00%), moderate pain with 20 cases (25.00%) and severe pain with 8 cases (10.00%).According to the single factor analysis, age, education level, economic income, medical treatment, radiotherapy side effects and access to social support were related to the psychological distress score of patients(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that age> 60 years old, educational level was junior high school or below, economic income≤ 3000 yuan/month and radiotherapy side effects was Ⅲ~Ⅳ level were the risk factors to influence psychological pain of breast cancer patients(P<0.05),and social support was the protective factor that affect the psychological pain of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:DMSM can effectively evaluate the psychological pain of patients with breast cancer and provide guidance for the individual psychological intervention of medical staff.%目的:探讨乳腺癌放疗患者心理痛苦相关因素分析,为乳腺癌放疗患者提供指导.方法:2016年1~12月应用DMSM量表对80例乳腺癌放疗患者心理痛苦进行评估,并对影响患者心理痛苦相关因素进行分析.结果:经分析可知,患者心理痛苦评分为(6.12±1.02)分,其中无痛苦0例(0.00%),轻度痛苦52例(65.00%),中度痛苦20例(25.00%),重度痛苦8例(10.00%).经单因素分析可知,年龄、文化程度、经济收入、医疗方式、放疗副反应、获得社会支持情况均与患者心理痛苦评分有关(P<0.05).经Logistic多因素分析可知,年龄>60岁、文化程度为初中或以下、经济收入≤3000元/月、放疗副反应为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级是影响乳腺癌放疗患者心理痛苦的危险因素(P<0.05),而社会支持是影响患者心理痛苦的保护因素(P<0.05).结论:DMSM能有效评价乳腺癌放疗患者心理痛苦,可为医护人员实施个体化心理干预提供指导.
