三维护理管理模式对急性脑卒中患者急救时间、治疗效果的影响

Objective:To discuss the influence of 3D nursing management model on first aid time and treatment effect of patients with acute cerebral stroke.Methods:Selected 88 patients with acute cerebral stroke receiving treatment in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, and they were equally divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of admission.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing, while patients in the observation group received 3D nursing management, and patients in the two groups were compared in first aid time, clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction.Results:The drug administration time, rescue time and transfer time of patients in the observation group were all lower than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05), the complication incidence rate and disability rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group to nursing was higher than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3D nursing management model in patients with acute cerebral stroke could shorten the first aid time, increase the rescue success rate, reduce the complication incidence rate and disability rate and increase the nursing satisfaction, and was worth promoting clinically.%目的:探讨三维护理管理模式对急性脑卒中患者急救时间及治疗效果的影响.方法:选取2015年6月~2016年6月收治的急性脑卒中患者88例,按照入院先后顺序等分为对照组和观察组.对照组行常规护理,观察组行三维护理管理模式,对比两组患者急救时间、临床疗效及护理满意度.结果:观察组患者用药时间、抢救时间、护送患者转运时间均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率及致残率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:三维护理管理模式运用于急性脑卒中患者可缩短急救时间,提高抢救成功率,降低并发症发生率和致残率,提高护理满意度,值得推广.
