阶段变化护理干预对肾衰竭血液透析患者自护能力及疾病管理能力的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of phase changing nursing intervention on self-care ability and disease management ability of hemodialysis patients with renal failure.Methods: A total of 120 cases of hemodialysis patients with renal failure from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the control group.A total of 60 cases of hemodialysis patients with renal failure from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The observation group received phase changing nursing intervention for about 6 months.Changes of self-care ability and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results: The scores of self-efficacy, health knowledge, self-care skills, self-concept and self-care responsibility were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Diet management ability, exercise training ability, medication management ability, complication management ability and Hemodialysis management and other aspects of the score in the observation group were also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phase change nursing intervention can improve the self-care ability and disease management ability of hemodialysis patients with renal failure, which can improve the prognosis of patients.%目的:探讨阶段变化护理干预对肾衰竭血液透析患者自护能力及疾病管理能力的影响.方法:选择2014年6月～2015年5月肾衰竭血液透析患者120例作为对照组,选择2015年6月～2016年5月肾衰竭血液透析患者60例作为观察组,对照组应用常规性护理干预,观察组行阶段变化护理干预,干预时间为6个月,比较两组患者干预前后自护能力及治疗依从性的变化.结果:观察组患者干预后自我效能总评分、健康知识、自我护理技能、自我概念、自护责任感评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),饮食管理能力、运动锻炼管理能力、用药管理能力、并发症管理能力及血液透析管理等方面评分也高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:阶段变化护理干预可提高肾衰竭血液透析患者自护能力及疾病管理能力,有助于提高患者预后效果.
