综合护理干预用于垂体瘤手术患者的效果评价

摘要

目的:探讨综合护理干预用于垂体瘤手术患者的临床效果.方法:选择2015年2月～2017年2月60例垂体瘤患者,均经鼻蝶入路手术,随机将患者等分为对照组和观察组.对照组采取常规护理,观察组给予认知行为干预、快速康复外科理念护理、个性化心理干预和五音疗法等综合护理干预,记录住院时间、口腔舒适度,比较护理前后应对方式(MCMQ)和生活质量(SF-36)变化.结果:观察组住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05),口腔舒适度优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组MCMQ量表的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组SF-36量表的一般状态、躯体疼痛、生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:综合护理干预缩短垂体瘤手术患者的住院时间,提高口腔舒适度,改善应对方式,提高生活质量.%Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients of pituitary tumor surgery.Methods: Selected 60 cases of pituitary tumor patients from February 2015 to February 2017, who all received endonasal transsphenoidal surgery, and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random.Routine cursing was given to the control group, and comprehensive nursing invention, including cognitive behavior intervention, rapid rehabilitation concept of surgical nursing, individualized psychological intervention, and five-tone therapy, was given to the observation group.Their hospital stay and oral comfort were recorded, and the patients from two groups were compared for medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ) and life quality (SF-36).Results: The observation group was inferior to the control group in hospital stay(P<0.05) and superior to the control group in oral comfort(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in MCMQ scale score and inferior to the control group in avoidance and yield scores(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in general state of SF-36 scale, body pain, physiological function, physiological role, emotional function, mental health, and social function scores(P<0.05).Conclusion: Through comprehensive nursing intervention, it was able to reduce the hospital stay of the patients of pituitary tumor surgery, improve their oral comfort, copying mode and life quality.
