循证护理在预防截石位手术后并发症中的应用

摘要

目的: 探讨循证护理在预防截石位手术后并发症中的应用效果.方法:选取2015年3月～2016年12月泌尿外科截石位手术患者240例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组针对截石位术后现存的及潜在的并发症,运用循证护理的理念,制定护理干预措施.比较两组患者并发症的发生情况(皮肤压力性损伤、下肢舒适度、下肢深静脉血栓).结果: 观察组患者术后24 h皮肤压力性损伤、下肢深静脉血栓的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),下肢舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论: 泌尿外科截石位手术后运用循证护理,能有效减少截石位术后并发症的发生率,提高患者下肢的舒适度.%Objective:To discuss the effect of application of evidence-based nursing in prevention of complications after lithotomy.Methods: Selected 240 cases of patients of lithotomy from urinary surgery in the period from March 2015-December 2016, and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random.Routine nursing was given to the control group, and nursing intervention measures were developed and taken to the observation group based on the existing and potential complications after lithotomy and according to the evidence-based nursing idea.The patients from two groups were compared for occurrence of complications (skin stress injury, lower limb comfort, and lower limb deep venous thrombosis).Results: The patients from the observation group had a lower occurrence rate of skin stress injury and lower limb deep venous thrombosis (P<0.05)as well as a higher lower limb comfort than those from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing after lithotomy of urinary surgery could effectively reduce the occurrence rate of complications after lithotomy, and improve the lower limb comfort of the patients.
