煨脓长肉法在压疮护理中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨煨脓长肉法在Ⅲ期溃疡期压疮中的应用疗效.方法:选取2011年10月~2013年10月在我院住院的Ⅲ期压疮患者40例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组待腐肉脱落后,采用煨脓长肉法(马应龙痔疮膏外敷联合安普贴)换药;对照组常规采用安普贴换药,观察两组创面愈合情况.结果:观察组患者的治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组伤口愈合时间为(10.08±1.98)d显著低于对照组(21.09±2.17)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:马应龙痔疮膏外敷联合安普贴煨脓长肉法应用于Ⅲ期压疮患者,可显著提高压疮治愈率,缩短创面愈合时间,减轻患者痛苦,值得在临床护理中进一步推广.%Objective:To explore the curative effect of culturing the pus for the growth of muscles in stage Ⅲ pressure sore.Methods: A total of 40 cases with stage Ⅲ pressure sore admitted in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.After the sphacelus shed, the control group received dressing change by culturing the pus for the growth of muscles (external application of Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment and Algoplaque).The control group received dressing change by Algoplaque.The wound healing in the two groups were observed.Results: The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time was (10.08±1.98) days in the observation group.It was significantly lower than that in the control group which was (21.09±2.17) days.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: External application of Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment combined with Algoplaque to culturing the pus for the growth of muscles in stage Ⅲ pressure sore can significantly improve the healing rate of pressure sore, shorten the wound healing time and reduce the pain of patients.It is worthy of further promotion in clinical nursing.
