目的:探讨在乡镇卫生院护士培训中实施ISO 9000质量管理体系的方法及效果.方法:深入分析ISO 9000质量管理体系,将ISO 9000质量管理体系应用到卫生院护士的规范培训活动中,培训1年半后,比较本组护士理论成绩、操作成绩、临床处置能力评分、沟通能力评分等各项指标.结果:培训后护士理论成绩及操作成绩、临床处置能力评分、沟通能力评分均明显高于培训前,结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:以ISO 9000质量管理体系为基础建立的新型乡镇卫生院护士培训模式,能够显著提高护士的专业知识与技能、工作能力以及沟通能力,值得推广.%Objective:To discuss the method and effect of implementing ISO 9000 quality management system in training of nurses in town health centers.Methods: ISO 9000 quality management system was deeply analyzed and it was applied in the regulated training activities of nurses in health centers,and after 1 year and a half's training,the nurses in the group were compared in theoretical score,operation score,clinical disposal ability score,communication ability score and other indicators.Results: After training,the nurses;theoretical score and operation score,clinical disposal ability score,communication ability score were all higher than those before training,and the difference was statistically significant through comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion: The new nurse training model in the town health centers established based on ISO 9000 quality management system could effectively improve the nurses' professional knowledge and skill,work ability and communication ability and was worth promoting clinically.
