Objective:To discuss the influence of self-efficacy, social support and coping style on the psychological elasticity of elderly acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods: Selected 80 acute myocardial infarction patients admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016, and they were divided into observation group and control group equally according to the random number method, where conventional nursing was implemented for the control group, and in the observation group, the patients' self-efficacy and social support were strengthened for interference on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on the variation of score of self-efficacy scale dimension, score of social support scale dimension and score of psychological elasticity scale dimension of the two groups before and after interference, and prognosis conditions of patients in the two groups were compared.Results: After interference, the score of self-efficacy scale dimension, score of social support dimension scale and score of psychological elasticity scale dimension of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group (P<0.05), and the proportion of recovery and discharge of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Taking effective measures to improve the self-efficacy and social support of the acute myocardial infarction patients was of significance to improve the psychological elasticity of patients, so as to better improve the clinical treatment effect and promote the patients' recovery and discharge.%目的:探讨自我效能、社会支持与应对方式对老年急性心肌梗死患者心理弹性的影响.方法:选择2014年1月~2016年1月本院收治的急性心肌梗死患者80例,按照随机数字法将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组实施常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上加强对患者自我效能及社会支持进行干预.比较两组干预前后自我效能量表维度评分、社会支持量表维度评分及心理弹性量表维度评分变化情况,并比较两组患者预后情况.结果:干预后观察组自我效能量表维度评分、社会支持量表维度评分及心理弹性量表维度评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组痊愈出院比例高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对急性心肌梗死患者,采取有效措施提高其自我效能及社会支持,对于提高患者心理弹性具有重要意义,进而能更好地提高其临床治理效果,促进患者痊愈出院.
