Objective:To apply the family-centered visit model during the pre-operation visit of child patients receiving high ligation of hernia sac under laparoscope to analyze the influence model of the visit model on the pre-operation of anxiety and anesthesia inducement period cooperation degree of the child patients. Methods:Selected 104 child patients with inguinal hernia and hydrocele of tunica vaginalis received in ordinary pediatric surgery department of our hospital from December 2015 to May 2016, and from March 2016 to May 2015, 52 child patients in the observation group had the family-centered pre-operation visit, and from December 2015 to February 2016, 52 child patients received conventional pre-operation visit, improved Yale perioperative anxiety scale, anesthesia inducement cooperation scale were used to analyze the influence of family-centered nursing interference on the pre-operation anxiety of child patients and their cooperation degree in the anesthesia inducement period. Results:The pre-operation anxiety of child patients in the obser-vation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05); and the anesthesia induce-ment cooperation of child patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The family-centered pre-operation visit could effectively improve the anxiety of child patients receiving high ligation of her-nia sac under laparoscope and improved their anesthesia cooperation degree.%目的:在腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎手术患儿术前访视期间应用以家庭为中心的访视模式,分析该访视模式对患儿术前焦虑程度及麻醉诱导期合作程度的影响.方法:选择2015年12月~2016年5月我院普儿外科收治的腹股沟疝及鞘膜积液患儿104例为研究对象,2016年3月~2016年5月52例观察组患儿实施以家庭为中心的术前访视,2015年12月~2016年2月52例患儿对照组进行常规术前访视,采用改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表、麻醉诱导合作量表,分析以家庭为中心的护理干预对患儿术前焦虑水平及麻醉诱导期合作程度的影响.结果:观察组患儿术前焦虑程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿麻醉诱导期合作程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:以家庭为中心的术前访视可有效改善腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎手术患儿术前焦虑水平,提高麻醉配合程度.
