冲吸式口腔护理在ICU患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨冲吸式口腔护理在重症监护室(ICU)患者中的应用效果.方法:选择我院ICU 2017年4～9月收治的危重症患者100例,将患者随机分为对照组49例和观察组51例,在ICU治疗期间,对照组实施传统口腔护理,观察组实施冲吸式口腔护理,比较两组ICU危重症患者口腔清洁合格率、Beck口腔评分、牙菌斑指数、软垢指数、单次操作时间、ICU治疗时间、住院时间、不良事件发生率、舒适度评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度等指标.结果:观察组患者口腔清洁合格率高于对照组(P<0.05),Beck口腔评分、牙菌斑指数、软垢指数均低于对照组(P<0.05),单次操作时间、ICU治疗时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),舒适度评分、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在ICU患者口腔护理中应用冲吸式口腔护理方法,可有效提高患者的口腔清洁合格率,有利于改善患者口腔状况.%Objective:To explore the application effect of wash-suction type oral nursing in intensive care unit( ICU) patients. Methods:To select 100 critically ill patients from ICU in our hospital from April to September 2017, randomly divided them into the control group with 49 cases and the observation group with 51 cases, in the ICU treatment, the control group carried out the traditional oral nursing, the observation group carried out the wash-suction type oral nursing, compared two group's oral cleansing rate, Beck's oral score, dental Plaque index, debris index, single operation time, ICU treatment time, hospitalization time, incidence of adverse events, comfort score, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction, and other index. Results:The qualifica-tion rate of oral cleansing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05), and Beck oral score, dental plaque index, debris index were lower than that of control group(P<0. 05), single operation time, ICU treatment time, hospitalization time were shorter than that of control group(P<0. 05), incidence of adverse event was lower than that of control group(P<0. 05), comfort score, quality of life score was higher than that of control group(P<0. 05), the satisfaction of nursing was higher than that of control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The application of wash-suction type oral nursing in ICU patients can effectively improve the oral cleaning rate and improve the patients ' oral condition.
