Objective:To explore the effect of time - related nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy on elderly patients with hypertension and coro-nary disease. Methods:To select 201 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary disease cured in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017, and randomly divide them into observation group of 101 cases and control group of 100 cases. Control group was given routine nursing,while,except routine nursing,observation group was also given time - related nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy. Compare blood pressure control condition,nurs-ing compliance and quality of life of patients in the two groups. Results:After intervention,measured values of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in observation group were obviously lower than those in control group(P < 0. 05). Nursing compliance for each item in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P < 0. 05). Scores of assessment item in World Health Organization quality of life scale brief version for pa-tients in observation group were obviously higher than those in control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of time - related nursing based on quanti-tative evaluation strategy on elderly patients with hypertension and coronary disease could effectively regulate patients'blood pressure level,obviously pro-mote their nursing compliance and increase their quality of life.%目的:探讨基于量化评估策略下的时间护理对老年冠心病合并高血压患者的影响.方法:选取2015年1月 ～2017年7月我院接诊的老年冠心病合并高血压患者201例,随机将其分为观察组101例和对照组100例.对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于量化评估策略下的时间护理.对比两组患者血压控制情况、护理依从性及生活质量.结果:观察组干预后收缩压及舒张压测量值均明显较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组各项护理依从性均明显较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05).结论:在老年冠心病合并高血压患者护理中应用基于量化评估策略下的时间护理,可有效调节患者血压水平,显著改善其护理依从性,并促使患者生活质量提高.
