Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing strategy for children with cleft palate congenital and heart disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data in 56 children with cleft palate and congenital heart disease in the hospital from January 2008 to December 2010. The Nursing strategy was also summarized accordingly. Results Fifty-six patients successfully completed the cleft palate repair under general anesthesia. No cardiovascular and other complications occurred following the surgery. All the incisions were primary healing and all the children were discharged 3 -5 d after surgery. No heart failure and lung infection was detected by the follow-up after one month of surgery. Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparations,strengthened observation after surgery and improved diet nursing are the solid foundation of a successful surgery.%目的 探讨腭裂合并先天性心脏病患儿的护理方法.方法 回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院小儿颌面外科治疗的56例腭裂伴先天性心脏病患儿的临床资料,并总结其护理方法.结果 56例患儿都在全身麻醉下行腭裂修补术,无一例患儿发生心血管方面的并发症.术后切口均为一期愈合,所有患儿术后3～5 d出院；手术后1个月随访,无一例患儿出现心功能不全、肺部感染等并发症.结论 术前做好充分的准备工作,术后加强病情观察、完善饮食护理等,是手术成功的基础.
