上海市部分三级甲等医院急诊科护士核心业务能力的调查

     

摘要

Objective To comprehend the core competences of emergency nurses,and to analyze the competence levels of clinical practice after training so as to provide a basis for training. Methods According to the core competences of emergency specialist nurses evaluation system, questionnaires on the written knowlegde evaluation and operation tests had been prepared for 138 emergency certified nurses. Results The average score of the written knowledge test of professional practice was 79. 1 + 7. 23 (range 45 to 92). The average scores of three operation tests were more than 95. For the soft skills,the lowest recognition rate was detected in the research capability,while the highest recognition rates were in the ability to teach, assessment and planning. Conclusion Emergency nurses'cognition of operational skills of the core competences and four dimensions of self-evaluation level soft skills were at medium level. The research skills and communication skills second dimensions of the professional theory and soft skills were relatively lower, which needs further strengthened by improving training methods and intensifying the training frequency,so as to elevate the overall core competences.%目的 了解急诊科护士核心业务能力的现状,分析接受急诊护士适任培训回归临床后的实际工作能力,从而为更好地开展适任培训工作提供依据.方法 根据急诊专科护士核心业务能力评价指标体系编制了急诊护士专业实践能力试卷和核心业务能力软技能自评调查问卷,对138名已取得急诊护士适任证书的急诊科护士进行理论和操作考核及问卷调查.结果 急诊专科护士的专业实践能力理论考试最低分为45分,最高分为92分,平均为(79.1±7.23)分;操作考试中3项操作考试的平均分均在95分以上.软技能掌握中,科研能力的认同率最低,教学能力、评估预见能力、计划能力的认同率最高.结论 急诊科护士核心业务能力中操作技能的掌握及软技能的4个一级维度的自我评价认同率处于一个较高的水平,而专业理论和软技能评价中二级维度中科研能力、沟通能力较低,需要在以后的培训中不断改进培训方法,加大培训力度,以促进急诊适任护士培训后整体核心业务能力的提高.
