临床护理路径在有机磷农药中毒患者救治中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) on patients with organic phosphorous pesticide poisoning. Methods From January 2009 to December 2010,79 patients with organic phosphorous pesticide poisoning were divided into observation group(N=36) and control group(N=43). The control group received the conventional nursing, while the observation group received CNP nursing. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter first aid time, higher successful rate,lower incidence of complications and higher satisfaction rate(P＜0. 01 or P＜0. 05). Conclusion Application of CNP in patients with organic phosphorous pesticide poisoning can obviously enhance the success rate of first aid and their satisfaction rate to nursing service.%目的 探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathing,CNP)在有机磷农药中毒患者救治中的应用效果.方法 选取2009年1月至2010年12月在江门市新会区人民医院救治的79例有机磷农药中毒患者,按入院先后顺序分为对照组(N=43)和观察组(N=36).对对照组患者按常规的抢救程序进行护理,对观察组患者按制定好的CNP进行护理.结果 观察组患者抢救时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抢救成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对有机磷农药中毒患者实施CNP护理,能明显提高抢救成功率及患者的满意度.
