目的 了解骨质疏松高危人群相关知识知晓情况,为制定健康教育对策提供依据.方法 采用自行设计的问卷,对武汉市某三甲医院行骨密度测定的人群进行调查.结果 不同年龄、文化程度和婚姻状态的人群对骨质疏松知识的掌握情况不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).年龄较大、文化程度高、已婚者对骨质疏松相关知识掌握较好.结论 医务人员应针对不同特征的人群采取有效的健康教育策略,提高其自我保健意识和生活质量.%Objective To investigate the knowledge related to osteoporosis in high-risk population and to provide a basis for health education of osteoporosis. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among the population of bone densitometry in one tertiary hospital in Wuhan. Results There was significant difference in the mastering levels of the knowledge of osteoporosis in high-risk population with different age,education levels and marriage status(P<0. 05). The knowledge related to osteoporosis is better acquired in the older , higher education level and married groups. Conclusion The medical staff should take effective means of health education , strengthen the awareness of self-care and improve the quality of life according to the different characteristics of people.
