目的 探讨A型行为对社区高血压病患者治疗依从性的影响.方法 将140例原发、初发型高血压病患者按行为类型进行分组,降压治疗2个月后判断两组患者的治疗依从性、血压达标率和入院率等.结果 最终入选A型行为类型组35例,非A型行为类型组患者88例,两组患者在性别、年龄、文化程度、高血压分级、危险度分层和基线血压等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗2个月后,A型行为类型组患者收缩期血压明显高于非A型行为类型组,而依从性和血压达标率明显低于非A型行为类型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 具有A型行为的高血压病患者遵医依从性低,这种行为类型可能是其血压达标率降低的原因之一.%Objective To study the influence of type A behavior on the medical compliance in community patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 140 patients with primary initial hypertension were enrolled and grouped according to their behavior types. After 2 months' anti-hypertension treatment, the patients' were examined to determine their compliance,standard-achieving rates of blood pressure and hospitalization rates. Results The subjects of the study were selected from type A behavior group(n=35) and non-type A behavior group(n = 88). There were no significant differences in sex, age, education level, blood pressure classification risk substratification and blood pressure at baseline between the two groups(P＞ 0.05). After 2 months' treatment, the systolic blood pressure in type A behavior group was significantly higher than that in non-type A character group,while the former medical compliance and standard-achieving rates of blood pressure were lower than the latter(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The medical compliance was lower in hypertensive patients with type A behavior, which may partly account for the decreased standard-achieving rates of blood pressure.
