病友志愿者教育法在手指再造患者健康教育中的应用

     

摘要

目的 探索手指再造患者健康教育的有效方法.方法 方便抽样法选取解放军第401医院全军手外科中心76例行手指再造术的患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组采用责任护士健康教育为主要干预手段,观察组在对照组的基础上加用病友志愿者教育法的健康教育干预.观察比较两组患者干预前后焦虑情绪的变化、术后再造手指发生血管危象情况及术后6个月患手功能恢复情况.结果 两组患者焦虑情绪在干预后都有所改善,观察组患者的改善更为明显(P<0.01);术后观察组血管危象发生率低于对照组;术后6个月观察组手功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 病友志愿者教育法作为护士健康教育的补充,可以更有效地降低手指再造患者围术期焦虑情绪、提高患者对康复锻炼的依从性,从而提高对患者健康教育的效果.%Objective To explore an effective method of health education for digital reconstruction patients. Methods Seventy-six patients underwent finger reconstruction were divided randomly into experimental group and control group. Health education by charge nurses was given to the patients in both groups. In addition,health education by patient volunteers was adopted in the experimental group. Patients' pre- and post-education anxiety, occurrence of postoperative vascular crisis and hand functions evaluated at 6 months follow-up examination in both groups were observed and compared. Results Emotional anxiety was diminished after education intervention in patients of both groups, especially in the experimental group. The occurrence of postoperative vascular crisis was lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0. 01). The postoperative hand functions evaluated by 6 months follow-up examination showed a higher excellent/good rate in the experimental group(P<0. 01). Conclusion As a supplement of nurse health education,the health education program given by volunteer patients has shown beneficial results in decreasing the perioperative anxiety, increasing the compliance of rehabilitation exercise and thus helps obtain better result of health education.
