军队非现役文职护士职业价值观的调查与分析

     

摘要

目的 调查分析军队非现役文职护士职业价值观,为培养适应军队发展的高素质文职护理人才队伍提供理论依据.方法 采取方便抽样法抽取正在培训的来自全军17个单位的83名非现役文职护理人员,采用自编的一般情况调查表和宁维卫修订的塞普洋职业价值观量表对其进行调查.结果 非现役文职护士职业价值观15个因素排序中,位于前5位的因素分别为监督关系、成就、利他主义、生活方式和安全性;排在后5位的因素分别为变动性、创造性、智力激发、管理和美感.经比较,内在价值、外在价值和外在报酬三大指标在不同工作年限、学历层次及婚姻状况等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 非现役文职护士注重外在价值和外在报酬,同时也关注内在价值中的利他主义和成就两个因素.工作年限、学历层次和婚姻状况对职业价值观没有影响.%Objective To survey the professional values of non-commissioned civilian nurses so as to provide basis for cultivating high quality civilian nursing staff of PLA. Methods Eighty-three non-commissioned civilian nurses from 17 hospitals of PLA were selected by using the cluster sampling method. The nurses were surved with a self-designed general status questionnaire and Super's Work Values Inventory (WVI) modified by NING Wei-wei. Results Of the 15 items of professional values of non-commissioned civilian nurses, the 5 leading items were supervisory relationships,achievement,altruism, lifestyle and security. The 5 last items were variability, creativity, intellectual stimulation, management and aesthetics. No significant difference was observed on intrinsic value,extrinsic value,and extrinsic reward with varied work experience, education level and marital status (P>0. 05). Conclusion Non-commissioned civilian nurses not only lay emphasis on the external value and extrinsic rewards,but also concern the intrinsic value of altruism and achievements. Work experience, education level and marital status make no difference on the professional values.
