团体咨询对灾难救援护理人员急性应激反应的干预效果

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of group counseling on acute stress response for nurses after the disaster.Methods Totally 41 nurses with the Acute Stress Response (ASR) were randomly divided into control group (21 cases) and observational group (20 cases) according to operation table of random number.Nurses in the control group were given general psychological health education,while nurses in the observational group were given five times group counseling.Both groups were assessed by Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Questionnaire(SASRQ)before and after interventions.Results The observational group,as compared with control group,the scores of SASRQ,dissociation symptom,anxious or awareness,annoyance degree,the worst days experience symptoms were significantly lower after intervention (P＜0.05),however,no significant difference was found in experience after trauma and avoidance (P＞0.05).Conclusion Group counseling can relieve the acute stress response of the nurse after the disaster.%目的 探索团体咨询对灾难救援护理人员急性应激反应的干预效果.方法 2013年6月,选取参与厦门市BRT公交车爆炸批量伤员救护的41名急性应激反应(acute stress response,ASR)阳性护士,按照随机数字表法分为观察组20名、对照组21名.对照组护士进行—般的心理健康教育,观察组护士进行5次团体咨询干预.两组护士干预前后均用斯坦福急性应激反应量表(Stanford acute stress reaction questionnaire,SASRQ)进行测评.结果 与对照组比较,观察组护士SASRQ总评分、分离症状、焦虑或醒觉性、烦恼程度、体验最糟糕症状天数的评分均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05),但创伤再体验、回避等方面的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 团体咨询可有效地降低灾难救援护理人员的ASR程度.
