老年性痴呆患者的预见性护理

摘要

目的 探讨老年性痴呆患者的预见性护理措施.方法 回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年7月解放军总医院南楼收治的40例老年性痴呆患者的临床资料及护理方法.结果 住院期间,40例患者中无一例患者发生不安全行为.结论全面评估、制定风险防范措施、营造安全的就医环境、落实护理措施可明显降低老年性痴呆患者不安全行为的发生.%Objective To investigate effects of predictive nursing on elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods Clinical data and nursing methods of forty cases with Alzheimer's disease from January 2011 to July 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Without unsafe behavior happened for the 40 patients during the time of hospitalization. Conclusion Comprehensive assessment, establishment of preventive measures of nursing risks,building safe medical environment and implementation of nursing interventions all may contribute to decreasing the unsafe behavior for elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease.
