护士离职意愿与其社会支持的相关性

     

摘要

目的 调查护士的离职意愿、社会支持现状及其两者的相关性,为制定稳定护士队伍的有效措施提供参考.方法 采用方便抽样法选取2所二级甲等医院的194名护士进行问卷调查,调查内容为个人一般资料、护士离职意愿及个体对社会支持的主观体验和满意程度.结果 护士离职意愿得分为(2.38±0.69)分,护士总体社会支持得分为(5.44±0.86)分;除家庭内支持外,护士社会支持总体水平、家庭外支持与其离职意愿呈显著负相关(P<0.01);家庭外支持与年龄是预测护士离职意愿的重要因素.结论 护士离职意愿偏高,护理管理者需重视护士家庭外支持的作用,并采取有效的措施提高护士的家庭外支持,以促进护士队伍的稳定和健康发展.%Objective To investigate the current status of nurse's turnover intent and social support and analyzed the relationship between them, so as to provide references for developing effective measures to stabilize nursing staff. Methods A total of 194 nurses were recruited by convenience sampling method in two grade-Ⅱ level-A hospitals to receive a questionnaire survey concerning personal general information questionnaire, nurse's turnover intention and the individual 's subjective experience and satisfaction of social support. Results The total scores of nurse's turnover intention and nurse social support were 2. 38 ± 0. 69 and 5.44 ± 0. 86, respectively. Besides inner-familial support, the overall social support and extra-familial support were significantly negatively related to nurse's turnover intention (P < 0. 01). Extra-familial support and age were important factors to predict nurse's turnover intention. Conclusion Considering the current status of nurse's turnover intention,nurse administrators should attach importance to the roles of nurse's extra-familial support and take effective measures to improve nurse's extra-familial support,which is beneficial to the stall and healthy development of nurse team.
