军队疗养院护士脱产集中培训的效果

摘要

Objective To discuss the application and effect of the off-job training in the nurse training management system of military sanatorium .Methods Totally 86 nursing staffs of Beidaihe sanatorium of beijing command were investigated since 2007 and the training started from April to May each year ,and the session last 20-30 days ,and the study time may not be less than 8 hour .The training include intensive classes ,group training ,teaching demon-stration ,situational simulation ,live demonstrations ,reporting performance and so on .Results 100% of sanatorium nurses were trained within 7 years .Satisfaction rate of nurses from recuperator was increased year by year ,which from 96 .12% in 2007 to 99 .15% in 2012 .The results of“Training effect of recuperation ward nurses self-evalua-tion form” showed that majority of the respondents thought the training was significantly improved the nursing service quality and nursing team’ overall image .“ Training effect of recuperation ward nurses doctor-evaluation form”indicated that all doctors in sanatorium thonght the overall team image ,overall quality and initiation of serv-ice of nurses were significantly improved ,the satisfaction rate of doctors were 99 .1% ,98 .7% and 98 .5% respec-tively .Conclusion Off-job training is one of the most important forms of training for recuperation ward nurse ,and it is the foundation of recuperation ward nurse training management system .It can not only make up the deficiency of school education but also effectively improved the comprehensive quality and nursing ability of all nurses in the sanatorium ,and it also benefit the development of the talent construction and the cultivation of specialist recuperate nurses .%目的：探讨脱产集中培训在军队疗养院护士培训管理体系中应用及效果。方法自2007年起，选择北京军区北戴河疗养院疗养科的全体护理人员86名为研究对象，在每年的4～5月份对其进行为期20～30 d的脱产培训，每天学习时间不能少于8h，培训以集中授课、小组训练、带教示范、情景模拟、现场演示、汇报演出等多种方式进行。结果7年内疗养院护士培训率达100％。疗养员对疗养科护士满意率逐年增长，从2007年的96．12％增加至2012年的99．15％。在“疗养科护士培训效果自评表”中显示，认为培训对护理服务质量、护理团队的整体形象有明显促进和提高的占首位。在“疗养科护士培训效果他评表”中显示，疗养科所有医生都认为培训后，护理团队的整体形象、整体素质、护士的主动服务意识等均有提高，其中明显提高的分别占99．1％、98．7％、和98．5％。结论脱产集中培训是疗养院护士培训的重要形式之一，它能及时弥补学校教育的不足，充分提高疗养院护士的综合素质及疗养护理工作能力。
