家庭养老资源对城市老年人居家养老服务需求的影响研究--以北京市为例

摘要

The home-based care for the aged occupies the basal position in the China's social pension service. Embedded in the social transformation, economic and the demographic transition, the family is undergoing profound changes. In this paper, the author firstly divided the family pension resources into two categories-material and human resources , and then divided the home demand for services into three kinds- life care, medical rehabilitation and spiritual comfort service demands. Using the data of"the basic situations and demands for services of the elderly in Xicheng District , Beijing", which was from Institute of Gerontology, Renmin University of China, the author conducted a research of the effects of family endowment resources on the city elderly home-based care services demand.%居家养老在我国社会化养老服务事业中占据基础地位。嵌入于社会转型、经济转轨、人口转变进程中的家庭也正经历深刻的变迁。本文将家庭养老资源操作化为物质资源和人力资源两类，将居家养老服务需求细分为生活照料、医疗康复和精神慰藉服务需求三类，使用中国人民大学老年学研究所“西城区老年人基本情况和服务需求”的调查数据，考察家庭养老资源对城市老年人居家养老服务需求的影响。
