基于社会流动背景下的西北民族地区乡村社区管理研究

摘要

Nowadays,under the background of the continuous social mobility in northwestern minority areas, the new crisis of rural community management became most apparent. Based on the investigation on the current situation of social mobility , this paper analyzed the conspicuous community management problem, such as community culture corrosion, the Lack of new management body,the inadequate operation situation of social security, and the inadequate concern with special group etc. Then we thought about some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects, such as reconstructing community culture, training new managers,suitably building the social security system and actively promoting social work etc.%当前，西北民族地区持续的社会流动背后，也凸显了乡村社区管理的新危机，本文在对社会流动现状调查的基础上，对突出的社区文化蚀化、新型管理主体缺失、社会保障运行水平不高、特殊群体关注不够等问题进行了分析，从重塑社区文化、培养新型管理者、“量身”构建社会保障体系和积极开展社会工作等四个方面做了对策建议思考。
