The problem of aging in China is very serious,and the service needs of the elderly in the city are gradually promi?nent.The elderly want to live in the familiar community at home.At present,the implementation of home care work is facing a major gap of"demand,supply and use",which leads to low utilization efficiency of home care service resources.The el?derly association,as the elderly group represented,exploring the path of home care work with the community. The self-awareness of the elderly,the internal resources are stimulated,and they constantly absorb and integrate community social resources,setting a platform of cooperation for the elderly.All of this have improved the community's elderly service status through refinement,improve the elderly self-management,the development of elderly recreational activities,and volunteer assistance.And in the form of project,the old service will be fixed and long-term,so that the self-management and self-service of the elderly can be realized in the grass-roots community.%我国老龄化问题十分严峻,城市的老年人服务性需求凸显,他们更希望能够在熟悉的社区实现居家养老.目前社区居家养老工作"自上而下"推行,面临着"需求—供给—使用"的缺口,资源使用效率低下.以老年协会为代表的老年群体主动与社区联合探索社区居家养老工作路径,老年人自我意识觉醒、内部资源被激发,吸纳、整合社区社会资源,以社区为平台形成老年人互惠共同体.通过细化老年自我管理组织、发展老年文娱活动、定点志愿帮扶等方式改善了社区老年服务现状,并以项目化的形式将老年服务固定化、长效化,从而在基层社区中实现了老年人的自我管理和自我服务.
