农转非群体的社会流动及其影响因素研究——基于'选择性'与'政策性'农转非的比较

摘要

利用CGSS2010的数据,考察不同转户机制下的农转非群体的社会流动及其影响因素.研究发现:不同转户机制下的农转非群体获得向上流动的机会存在差异.相较于"政策性"农转非群体,"选择性"农转非群体在社会经济地位、职业类别方面的向上流动更有显著优势.人力资本是影响"选择性"农转非群体获得向上流动的关键因素,但对"政策性"农转非群体的社会流动则表现出一定的差异性影响.社会资本对"政策性"转移群体的社会流动没有显著影响,但对"选择性"农转非群体的职业类别流动有一定影响,表现为强关系信任对其职业类别流动有正向影响.%This article analyzes the social mobility of rural to urban residents and its influencing factors from CGSS2010.We found that the rural to urban residents'social mobility has a group difference.Both in the intergenerational mobility of socio-economic status and occupational status,the selective-transferring group has relatively better chance in obtaining upward mobility than policy-transferring group.Human capital is the critical factor for selective-transferring group to obtain upward mobility,but exerts different impacts on the policy-transferring group's social mobility. Social capital has no significant im-pact on the policy-transferring group's social mobility,while has certain effect on the selective-transferring group's.The"strong tie"trust has significant positive impact on the selective-transferring group's intergenerational mobility in occupa-tional status.
