维生素C和牛磺酸对中华鳑鲏抗缺氧能力的影响

             

摘要

目的 探讨维生素C、牛磺酸对中华鳑鲏抗缺氧能力的影响.方法 在水中溶氧量一定的条件下,将中华鳑鲏分别放在不同质量浓度的维生素C、牛磺酸水溶液中进行常压密闭缺氧实验.结果 实验显示,在17~18.5 ℃水温下,不同质量浓度的维生素C水溶液均可延长中华鳑鲏的缺氧存活时间,其中4.5 g·L-1剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同质量浓度的牛磺酸水溶液均可延长中华鳑鲏的缺氧存活时间,其中10 g·L-1剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),5 g·L-1剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 一定剂量维生素C、牛磺酸能显著增强中华鳑鲏的抗缺氧能力.%Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin C and taurine on anti-anoxia of Rhodeus sinensis Gunther. Methods Under the conditions of dissolved oxygen in water, Rhodeus sinensis Gunther were put in different concentration of vitamin C and taurine solution to study the atmospheric airtight hypoxia. Results The experiments showed that the solution of different concentrations of vitamin C may prolong the survival time of Rhodeus sinensis Gunther of hypoxia. Significant differences existed in dose of 4. 5 g " L ' ( P <0. 05). Meanwhile, different concentrations of taurine solution can also extend the hypoxia survival time of Rhodeus sinensis Gunther,and displayed significantly ( P <0. 05) and extremely significant difference ( P <0. 01) in dose of 10. 0 g ? L-1 and 5. 0 g ? L under the water temperature at 17. 0-18. 5℃. Conclusion The dose of vitamin C, taurine can dramatically enhance the anti-anoxia capacity of Rhodeus sinensis Gunther.
