Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of the concentration of potassium permanganate standard solution (0. 02 mol ML 1 ) prepared and standardized by the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edition 2010). Methods A mathematic model was established to evaluate the factors affecting sample detection. Results Each component of the uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the vari ous variable parameters among the procedures. The combined uncertainty was then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertain ties of various component variables. Conclusion The method of uncertainty evaluation is reasonable and reliable.%目的 对按2010年版方法配制和标定的高锰酸钾滴定液(0.02 mol·L-1)浓度进行不确定度评定.方法 建立数学模型,对标定过程中各种影响因素进行分析评估.结果 通过计算各变量的不确定度分量,计算出合成不确定度.代入包含因子(k),得到本次标定的扩展不确定度.结论 建立的标定高锰酸钾滴定液浓度的不确定度评定方法合理、可行.
