不同产地大蓟炭中柳穿鱼黄素含量测定

摘要

Objective To study the content of pectolinarigenin in carbonized Cirsium japonicum DC .from different places .Method The determination was performed by using an HPLC method .Result The pectolinarigenin in carbonized Cirsium japonicum DC . from Zhangshu and Zhejiang was relatively high ,the pectolinarigenin from Gaoan was relatively low ,and the pectolinarigenin from Anhui and Hebei was undetected .Conclusion The results indicated that the difference of pectolinarigenin is relatively large in carbonized Cirsium j aponicum DC .from different places ,and the HPLC method for the determination of pectolinarigenin is simple ,quick ,accurate and reliable .%目的研究不同产地大蓟炭中柳穿鱼黄素的含量。方法利用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地的大蓟药材炒炭后所含柳穿鱼黄素含量。结果浙江、樟树产地的大蓟炒炭后柳穿鱼黄素含量比较高，而高安产地的大蓟炒炭后柳穿鱼黄素含量比较低，安徽、河北产地的大蓟炒炭后甚至检测不到柳穿鱼黄素。结论不同产地的大蓟炒炭后柳穿鱼黄素含量差异比较大，采用高效液相色谱法测定柳穿鱼黄素含量的方法简单、快速，结果准确、可靠。
