目的 鉴别荞麦七及其混淆品朱砂七、索骨丹.方法 采用显微、理化、薄层色谱等方法与其混淆品进行对比鉴别.结果 荞麦七、朱砂七两者与索骨丹显微特征区别明显,但其二者之间区别不大;理化鉴别三者反应颜色区别明显;薄层色谱三者斑点位置有明显不同.结论 该方法重复性好,专属性强,能将荞麦七与其混淆品明显区别开,并有效控制荞麦七的质量.%Objective To identify Radix pleroxygoni giraldii and its adulterant Polygonum cillinerve and Rhizoma rodgersia aesculifcliae. Methods Microscope,physical and chemical,thin layer chromatography techniques and other methods were used to compare. Result Radix pleroxygoni giraldii, Polygonum cillinerve and Rhizoma rodgersia aesculifcliae microscopic characteristic difference is obvious,but the difference was not significant; physical and chemical identification of the three reaction color difference is obvious;thin layer chromatography three dot location arc significantly different. Conclusion The method has good repeatability, strong specificity. Radix pleroxygoni giraldii and its adulterants were distinguished. This method could be used effectively to control the quality of Radix pleroxygoni giraldii.
