目的 了解医院神经外科抗菌药物使用情况,分析其合理性.方法 对医院2009～2010年神经外科抗菌药物的用量、销售金额和DDDs进行统计分析.结果 神经外科2年的抗菌药物使用比较稳定,使用率均小于30%,并呈下降趋势.氧头孢烯类销售金额最高,拉氧头孢用药频度最高,美罗培南平均日费用最高.结论 神经外科抗菌药物应用基本合理,为延缓细菌耐药菌的产生,还须进一步加强抗菌药物的管理和应用.%Objective To investigate the use of antibiotics in the ncurosurgcry patients in our hospital and to analyze the rationality of drug use. Methods The utilization of antibacterials in the ncurosurgcry patients in our hospital during 2009-2010 were analyzed statistically in respect of category of drugs,the consumption quantity,consumption sum and DDDs,ctc. Results In past two years,the application of these kinds of antibacterials in the ncurosurgcry patients of our hospital was relatively steady. The utilization rates of antibactcrials were all less than 30% with a decreasing trend. The consumption sum of Oxaccphcms was the highest,the DDDs of latamoxcf was the highest, the DDDC of meropenem was the highest. Conclusion The utilization of antibacterial in the ncurosurgcry is generally rational,while the selection and application of antibactcrials need to be further standardized.
