Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of crotonside in Siweikanglao Pills .Methods HPLC anal‐ysis was carried out on a Luna C18 column and a mixture of acetonitrile‐methanol‐water (1∶4∶95) was used as the mobile phase , with the detection wavelength at 292 nm ,and the flow rate at 1 .0 mL · min-1 .Results The linear range of crotonside was from 6 .195 × 10-2 to 1 .239 μg .The correlation coefficient of the calibration curves was 0 .999 9 .The average recovery rate was 98 .4%with relative standard deviation of 1 .0% .The average content in Siweikanglao Pills was 0 .207 3 mg · g -1 .Conclusion The re‐sults showed that the method is simple ,accurate and repeatable ,and it is suitable for the quality control of Siweikanglao Pills .%目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定四味抗痨丸中巴豆苷含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定四味抗痨丸中巴豆苷的含量。色谱柱为Luna C18柱,流动相为乙腈‐甲醇‐水(1∶4∶95),检测波长为292 nm ,流速为1.0 mL · min-1。结果巴豆苷在6.195×10-2~1.239μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=7),平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为1.0%,经测定供试品中巴豆苷平均含量为0.2073mg·g -1。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于四味抗痨丸中巴豆苷含量测定。
