目的 通过对家庭过期药品回收工作现状分析,为促进回收工作建立长效机制提供依据.方法 以西安市为样本,针对调查对象对家庭过期药品的知识、态度、行为、回收工作的知晓率以及回收效果的影响因素等方面,采用自设问卷,调查了1040名当地居民,获取数据用SPSS作统计和差异性分析.结果 该地区家庭过期药品贮存比例高,数量差异大,居民对药品有效期的关注程度较高,仍有相当多的人对过期药品产生的危害认识不清,家庭过期药品回收活动知晓率和参与度较低.近40% 调查者对回收机制和回收药品后处理情况持怀疑态度.结论 回收的方便程度和回收知识的普及率是影响回收工作积极性的两大重要因素.有关部门应承担药品回收相应的责任,持续加强回收活动宣传及回收意义宣传;科学布局回收点,提高方便程度,完善回收机制,使药品回收后的处理工作规范化、透明化.%Objective This paper took the recycling of family expired drugs in Xi′an as the research object.The current status of the recycling of family out-dated drugs was investigated and analyzed.Methods By taking Xi′an as an example,1 040 local residents were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire which contained the knowledge,attitude,behavior of family expired drugs, awareness rate and the influential factors of drug recycling.The data accumulated were analyzed by SPSS.Results In this area,the proportion of household expired drugs was high,and the number of storage was large.People had good awareness of the drug′s ex-piration date,but still a considerable number of them did not know the harmness of the expired drugs.The awareness rate and the participation rate of the family expired drug recycling were low.Nearly 40% of respondents had doubts about the recovery mecha-nism and the treatment of the recovered drugs.Conclusion The top 2 factors which affected the motivation of recycling work were the degree of convenience and the popularizing rate of recycling knowledge.The relevant departments should take the responsibility of the drug recycling,strengthen the publicity continuously on the recovery activties and its significance,plan the recyling sites sci-entifically,provide the way of recycling conveniently,and treat the recycled drugs normatively and transparently.
