伊宁市餐饮业环境污染特点及防治对策研究

City restaurant industryscle, development spoed the servicefield and Widen the diet, the moro and moro socialization more and more intense competion strength, updated mode of operation,to, broaden the mass market,improre the restaurant industrys＂ soft hard＂ afacilities, the development of food and beverage information channel is the city catering should also explore thematic, so, scientific, and set jinhua, socialization is the development diretion of the 21st century, but the development of catering to city has brought great pressure on the environmene, water pollution, air pollution, the city is the urgent need to address the problem, this paper, how to improve and perfect the relevant environmentallaws and regulations from the source control, the restaurant industeys environmental pollution, the measures to solve the city restaurant indus try endustry enrironment pollutuon problem%伊宁市餐饮业行业规模扩大，发展速度加快，服务领域的扩宽以及饮食越来越社会化，其竞争强度越来越激烈。更新经营方式，拓展大众市场，建全餐饮业的“软硬”件设施，发展餐饮信息渠道是伊宁市餐饮业应探索的主旋律。所以，科学化，集锦化，社会化是21世纪的发展方向。但餐饮业的发展给伊宁市带来了很大的环境压力，水污染、大气污染等是目前该市迫切需要解决的问题。本文针对这一问题，提出了健全和完善有关环境法律法规，从源头控制餐饮业的环境污染的措施，来解决伊宁市餐饮业环境污染问题。
