Due to its stable chemical properties, Complex of Nickel in electroplating wastewater is difficult to remove, so find a reliable and cost-effective treatment process has become a urgent matter. Based on the study the treatment process(Complex breaking →Precipitation → Ion exchange),result of a small-scale test show that complex of Nickel can be removed efficiently in the process, Nickel concentration are lower than those in the wastewater discharge standards of China.% 络合镍是电镀废水中较难去除的污染物之一,由于其本身化学性质较为稳定,难以通过沉淀、过滤等传统工艺予以去除,因此找到一种稳定可靠且性价比较高的处理工艺成为目前的当务之急.文章通过小试,研究了破络合→混凝沉淀→离子交换的工艺对络合镍去除的影响因素及条件,数据显示当破络反应的 pH 值控制在8.5左右,ORP 值控制在750左右时,其破络效果较好,而螯合树脂可进一步对其进行深度处理,保证出水水质的达标
