环境保护是我国的一项基本国策，随着我国国民经济的蓬勃发展以及城市人口的不断增加，城市建设步伐越来越大。伴随着城市的高速发展，生态破坏、气候变化等一系列环境影响等问题也大量凸现出来。如何面对城市建设产生的环境问题，按照现阶段我国实际情况，分析评价城市建设对环境的作用与影响，采取何种措施减少或杜绝城市环境污染、恢复城市生态损失，是摆在我们广大环保工作者面前的一项长期而艰巨的任务。%The environmental protection is a basic policy of our country , with the rapid development of our national economy and city population increases ceaselessly , the pace of the construction of city is more and more big .Accompanying with the high development of the city, ecological destruction, climate change and a series of environmental impact problems are highlighted .How to face the environmental problems on the city construction, according to the actual situation at present of our country , analysis and evaluation of city construction on environment influences, take which kind of measures to reduce or eliminate the environmental pollution of the city and to restore the city eco -logical loss, which is a long term and arduous task to be placed before us the general environmental protection workers .
