酚试剂光度法测定甲醛

摘要

本文利用酚试剂分光光度法测定甲醛含量，并采用L9(33)正交表设计方案进行试验，其中质控样品中加入吸收原液体积多少对其含量有影响，正交实验结果表明显色温度影响较大。%The phenol reagent spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of formaldehyde content, and the test was designed with L9 (33) orthogonal table. in the test, the volune of absorption liquid added to the QC sample has influence on the result of determination,.The orthogonal test results show that the color temperature impacts the determination significantly.
