对CKΦ2 m×2 m高效矿浆搅拌槽进行了人工配矿条件正交试验.考查了叶片倾角、叶轮安装高度、叶轮转速及矿浆浓度等因素对搅拌强度和搅拌均匀度的影响.结果表明,叶片倾角45°,叶轮安装高度60 mm,叶轮转速218 r/min为该搅拌槽的最佳工艺参数组合.在此条件下,使用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent6.3对该搅拌槽固液流场进行了数值模拟,为CK高效搅拌槽的大型化设计和优化提供决策依据.%Orthogonal experiment with artificial ore pulp on CK Φ2 m × 2 m high efficiency pulp agitating tank was carried out.Factors affecting agitating intensity and mixing evenness,such as blade angle,impeller mounting height,impeller speed and pulp density,were studied.Meanwhile,by adopting optimum technical parameters such as blade angle of 45°,impeller mounting height of 60 mm,impeller speed of 218 r/min,the flow fields of solid and liquid on CK high efficiency pulp agitating tank were simulated by using FLUENT 6.3.The results provide a decision basis for the large-scaling design and the optimum for CK high efficiency pulp agitating tank.
