内蒙古某地磁铁-白钨矿选矿试验研究

摘要

According to the character of the ore,on the base of the process mineralogy researching of the magnetite with tungsten ore in Inner Mongolia,the principle flowsheet is flotation after magnetic separation operations.Scheelite cleaning is carried out by heating flotation with Petrov method.The flotation flowsheet has got a better index:iron concentrate with Fe grade of 66.62％ and recovery of 90.53％;tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of 58.69％ and WO3 recovery of 87.30％.%根据矿石性质,对内蒙古某地磁铁一白钨矿进行了选矿试验研究,采用先磁选后浮选的选矿工艺流程,白钨矿精选采用加温的“彼德洛夫法”,最终取得的技术指标为铁精矿TFe品位66.62％、TFe回收率90.53％,钨精矿WO3品位58.69％、WO3回收率87.30％.
