镍钼矿加压酸浸新工艺研究

     

摘要

A new technology of acid pressure leaching was developed to treat Ni-Mo ore. The effects of temperature, partial pressure of oxygen, ratio of liquid to solid (L/S) , and reaction time on oxidation rate and leaching rate of nickel and molybdenum were studied. The results show that the oxidation rate of molybdenum is over 98. 3% and the leaching rate of nickel is 98. 7% , under the optimum conditions including L/S=5, partial pressure of oxygen of 0. 4 MPa, temperature of 150 ℃ , and reaction time of 2 h.%提出一种加压酸浸处理镍钼矿的新工艺,考察温度、氧分压、液固比、时间等对镍钼转化率和浸出率的影响.结果表明,在液固比为5,氧分压为0.4 MPa,150℃反应2h的条件下,钼转化率可以达到98.3%以上,镍浸出率达到98.7%.
