100 kt/a锌冶炼活性焦尾气脱硫系统运行总结

摘要

介绍了100 kt/a锌冶炼活性焦尾气脱硫系统自2011年4月投运后存在的问题:再生风机故障频繁、备件费用高;尾气冷却水未回收;再生塔再生段塔体开裂;链斗机部件磨损异常;活性焦自燃导致系统被迫停车等,并就以上问题采取措施,逐个进行改造,消除隐患.%Problems existing in 100 kt/a activated coke exhaust gas desulfurization system for zinc smelting put into operation since April 2011 were introduced.The problems include frequent fan failure,high cost of spare parts,no recovery of tail gas cooling water,cracking of tower body of regeneration section,abnormal wear of parts of chain hopper,and break-off of running system due to active coke spontaneous combustion.Proper measures are taken to address the above mentioned problems.
