METHOD FOR ANALYZING STATE IN DRY ZINC SMELTING BLAST FURNACE AND ZINC SMELTING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the inner part of a blast furnace in an ISP (Imperial Smelting Process) as dry-type zinc smelting, which can reproduce an actual operation and can follow a change in a state in the furnace according to the change in operational conditions. PSOLUTION: In this method, the reaction state in the region where the reduction reaction of zinc oxide for forming zinc is performed as the main reaction in a blast furnace for dry zinc smelting which extracts zinc from a fired product at least containing zinc oxide, lead oxide, iron oxide and silicon oxide using coke is analyzed by using a computer system.
