Effects of saponification degree and phase ratio (O/A) of organic phase on aluminum removal rate from mixed rare earth chloride solutions with aluminum content of 0.2 ~ 0.4 g/L were investigated by countercurrent cascade extraction in naphthenic acid-isooctyl alcohol-kerosene system.Aluminum at outlet of aqueous phase is qualified (Al2O3/REO<0.01%) under the optimum conditions including volume ratio of naphthenic acid,isooctyl alcohol,and kerosene of (15%~20%) ∶ (15%~20%) ∶ (60%~70%),saponification degree of 0.10,and phase ratio O/A=1/2.%采用环烷酸十异辛醇十煤油萃取体系,研究有机相皂化度、相比(O/A)等工艺条件对含铝量为0.2~0.4 g/L的混合氯化稀土溶液进行逆流串级萃取除杂的影响.最佳工艺条件为:环烷酸、异辛醇与煤油的体积比为(15%~20%)∶(15%~20%)∶(60%~70%)、皂化度0.10、相比(O/A)=1/2.萃余液出口水相杂质铝含量合格(Al2O3/REO<0.01%).
