HA177-2铝黄铜管三辊行星轧制工艺模拟

         

摘要

By means of the rigid-viscoplastic finite element theory with theoretic analysis, the finite element model is set up based on the software DEFORM 3D for 3-roll planetary rolling technology of HA177-2 aluminum-brass lube, and the rolling process is simulated. The tuhe bland cracks are produced during the rolling process because nf the intermediate temperature brittleness range of HAI77-2 aluminum-brass. In order for implement planetary rolling technology of HA177-2 aluminum-brass lube efficiently, the key point is controlling the lube blank temperature during the rolling.%通过理论分析,基于DEFORM3D软件,采用刚粘塑性有限元理论,建立HA177-2铝黄铜管三辊行星轧制过程有限元模型,模拟轧制过程.由于HA177-2黄铜存在“中温脆性区”,导致管坯在轧制过程中开裂.为实现HA177-2铝黄铜管的行星轧制,控制轧制过程中管坯温度是解决问题的关键.
