基于细观结构铝电解阴极炭块的力学行为研究

         

摘要

从细观结构角度出发,基于蒙特卡罗法构建由炭骨料及沥青黏结剂两相组成的二维阴极炭块随机骨料模型,采用ANSYS软件对阴极炭块模型进行单轴压缩模拟试验,研究骨料的形状、含量以及级配对炭块力学性能的影响.结果表明,随着阴极炭块骨料级配减小、含量增大、圆度增大,阴极炭块模型裂纹萌生扩展越慢,受到损伤破坏越小.该模型数值模拟结果与实际试验结果基本一致,表明采用该模型对炭块的力学行为和破裂过程进行预测是合理和有效的.该模型可以作为对阴极炭块力学行为及破裂过程进行预测和分析研究的一种手段.%A two-dimensional cathode carbon blocks random aggregate model composed of carbon aggregate and asphalt binder was constructed based on the Monte Carlo method from the perspective of mesostructure.The model of the cathode carbon block as well as the effects of the shape,content and gradation of the aggregate on the mechanical properties of the carbon was simulated by ANSYS software.The results show that with the increase of the roundness of the aggregates of the cathode carbon block,the content increases and the gradation decreases,and the crack initiation is slower and the damage is less.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the actual experimental results,which indicates that the model can be used to predict and analyze the mechanical behavior and fracture process of the carbon block.The model can be used as a prediction and analysis of the mechanical behavior and fracture process of the cathode carbon block.
